  • All orders are made to order
  • Please allow 3–5 business days for processing and creation prior to shipment
  • During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended

📦 Shipping Days
To protect your products—especially in warmer temperatures—we ship orders:

  • Monday through Wednesday only

This prevents packages from sitting in transit or warehouses over the weekend, reducing the risk of heat exposure and product melting.

🚚 Shipping Methods
We recommend selecting expedited shipping at checkout for the best experience:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
  • Priority Shipping: 1–3 business days (recommended)

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

Our products are made with natural butters and oils that may soften or melt in warmer temperatures.

While we take precautions to protect your order, we cannot guarantee that products will not be affected by heat during transit.

By placing an order during warmer months, you acknowledge and accept this possibility.

❄️ Warm Weather Protection (Recommended)
To help protect your order, we offer a Warm Weather Protection option at checkout, which includes:

  • Insulated packaging
  • Gel ice packs

This option is highly recommended during spring and summer months and for warmer climates.

💡 If Your Product Melts
If your body butter arrives softened or melted:

  1. Place it in the refrigerator for 15–20 minutes
  2. Allow it to return to a solid state
  3. Enjoy as normal—product quality and benefits remain unchanged
