All orders placed with Jayna’s Essentials are processed immediately to begin our made-to-order production process.

Because of this:

• Orders cannot be canceled, modified, or changed once they have been placed
• Please review your order carefully before completing checkout

📦 Preorders & Special Releases
For preorder items or limited collections:

• All sales are final
• Estimated processing and shipping timelines will be provided at the time of purchase
• Delays may occur due to high demand, but we will always communicate updates

🚫 Cancellations & Refunds

• We do not offer cancellations, refunds, or exchanges once an order is placed
• This policy is in place due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our products

⚠️ Order Issues
If there is an issue with your order (such as damage during transit or receiving the wrong item), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the issue

We will review and work with you to provide a resolution.
